I am happy today as I finally found my eye porn :) Giggetttty!

Well, I should not call these stunning illustrations with such a taboo word. I apologize.

Nonetheless, as I was checking out the statistics of my own Etsy Shop - I stumbled across the Teva Gallery shop by Ola Liola. It was interesting to find out that Ola was born in my native Ukraine, which once again proved my believe in talented-beyond-belief Ukrainian artists. 

What I love about Ola's work is that it is very soft, imaginative, yet very complex and abstract. The detailing she uses in her illustrations are phenomenal; my favourite detailing can be seen in the illustration of a fox.

I cannot wait to gift myself with a few of TevaGallery illustrations tomorrow. 

What's the occasion? Our 3 year anniversary since my husband first surprised me with flowers - we count it from there ... 

Moroccan Blankets

I am well determined to get one of these heavenly Moroccan Wedding blankets once 1) We (my travel-obsessed family) settles down and gets our own property, 2) I join the real work force (I would not want a testosterone-filled hand to touch a credit card to purchase this womanly blanket), and 3) My daughter grows from a blanket-warrior/blanket-peekaboo/blanket tagged on the floor/blanket lying on the floor/blanket thrown out 200 times from a higher surface - age.

Don't you love how many decorative options you get with this stunner? 

You can use it as a through, bed cover, rug, table cloth (would not want to spill red whine on it!), wall rug and I would probably use it as a shawl too.

Rebecca Minkoff Pre-Fall 2012

It feels like Rebecca Minkoff finally got my request and created her Pre-Fall 2012 Collection especially for me. Thank you, I feel flattered!
Aside from my fashion-horny imagination, I want to say that I am smitten with above-the-ankle skinny pant & short cardigan & stilettos combination. I also adore the acid blue colours in the collection; I just hope they look as good in daylight as they look on the photographs.
I am also a big fan of short dresses in Minkoff's collection - beautiful, functional, and chic!
Do not worry my fellow dreamers who wear 8 layers of pants and sweaters at the moment, in about 5 months we will able to shed our cabbage layers and wear slinky outfits!

This AM

1) Beautiful mini roses that I got yesterday as an impulse buy. Hey, I am a girl, I am allowed to do that!
2) My favourite Christmas napkins. My guests always feel bad using them, that's why I still have them from 2010.
3) My new tea obsession : Butterfly Jasmine from the David's Tea. Must try!
4) As my daughter calls it "Co co co", I will call it a "Co co co" Partridge  pillow that I got at Crate & Barrel while living in New York. Gorgeous, isn't it? It is that gorgeous that your man-friend will feel a little irritated around it.
5) This is my Tea with the Queen armoire. I adore this set from saucer to the top of the cup.
