The Art of Equalizing

Jacket Random T-shirt GAP Shorts Abercrombie&Fitch Necklaces Forever21 Shoes BCBG
As the leg-baring, sequin-exploded, and bright colour popping season is approaching - or has it already began? - we, ladies, gasp with excitement over the countless opportunities of dressing up for an evening of showcasing.
Showcasing [verb] :  is mostly performed by the female population during the warm months of Spring and Summer by exposing/drawing attention to as many x-chromosomed parts of the body {pee pee, gluteus maximus, and if you are lucky - the sizeable milk glands}  possible.
So, you ask, where am I going with this? As for a quite conservative person, I like to wear some stuff that in many countries wouldn't be allowed {short skirts, shorts}. Thus, I always try to equate my outfit in the way that the triple x gets canceled out by the other x-es and becomes an xy at the end. For those of you, who are trying to understand my wonderful complex logic - xy is a perfect mix of very feminine clothing pieces with unsexual pieces such as boyfriend jeans, oversized blazers, long knitted cardigans, flats and scarves that cover the fun body parts.
My picture above is a great example of the xy dressing. There is a great amount of leg bearing, heels that talk inappropriately, sexy hair {well, see picture below for that statement}, however the front row is fully covered with the t-shirt and an army of necklaces. In addition, this whole male boredom is fenced with a leather jacket.
I am a big fan of this type of dressing because it serves as a safe outfit with no messages.
